Hi guys! This food is good with 4 persons only, but if you want to make it more than 4 persons just add your or double the recipe.

Ingredients:

8 slices of smoked salmon
2 pc. endives
1 pc. carrot
1 pc. cucumber
2 sprigs chives Lemon juice

For the dressing:

1 pc. egg yolk
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 stp honey
7 cloves olive
Lemon juice
Salt, pepper

Method:

1. Cut the carrot and endive into thin julienne strips sprinkle with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

2. Roll the julienne in smoked salmon slices and cut in two.

3. Prepare the dressing exactly like a mayonnaise and add the honey and mustard.

4. Peel cucumber and slice the skin in very thin julienne, keep in cool water for one hour.

5. Dress the salmon in the center of the plate, spoon dressing around and garnish with cucumber.

After that you will have freshly cook Smoked Salmon Roulade with Honey Dressing. Have fun eating!
