Glazed Roas Pork Tenderloin
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
2 tbsp. Orage juice
2 tbsp. Honey
1 tsp. grated orange rind
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. allspice
2 lbs. pork tenderloin
Preheat oven to 325 degree F. Whisk together mustard, orange juice and rind, chinnamon, and allspice. Set aside. Place pork in a roasting pan. Place in over for 30 minutes. Baste Dijon mustard mixture during the last ten minutes.
